If the first 1h, lets say that is the main handed one, procs. But if the main handed Cruader procs twice, it will only have 1 Holy Strength buff, the second proc will only refesh the buff to 15 seconds. This goes for Mongoose enchant's proc as well btw.

You're wasting everybody else's time. Comment by Thottbot I have tested it, and it does not proc on ranged. Procs quite often in melee and will renew the timer if it procs once after the other. Im hoping thats a bug or due to be changed although when I put a ticket in the reply was "There are no known issues with this at the moment" or stupid words to that effect Not bothered about the cost so thought I'd try it on my 1H dagger, speed 1.

If you dual weild these 2 can proc at the same time giving you agility. This enchant is so expensive you're going to want to kill yourself. Say goodbye to your epic flying for a long time if you get this unless you buy g off of some chinese gold farmer.
